The Hit It! Difference Hit It! is unique for two reasons. First is that personal training means just that: you and your trainer are alone in the studio during your workout. No waiting for the gym rats camped out on the equipment to move, no worries about those cold, critical stares from across the room, and no searching for that missing dumbbell. The second difference here at Hit It! is Dr. Stan Hurd. Having reached his fifth decade and having studied the sciences and the martial arts for most of his adult life, Dr. Hurd brings a depth of knowledge and experience that is exceptional in a personal trainer. As a Ph.D. biochemist Dr. Hurd knows physiology, and
as a life-long athlete he knows the importance of proper training for
improved performance. And having had his share of injuries and illnesses
(maybe more than his share), he has a good deal of practical experience
with the effects of aging, post-surgery rehabilitation, joint problems,
muscle spasms, tendonitis, and all the other maladies that can wear a
person down and make their daily life more difficult than it should be.
